Join Jill Strahan, 200RYT in the Himalayan Salt Room for a Calm, Relaxing, Meditative Yoga Nidra class. Yoga Nidra, also known as “yogic sleep” allows us to take the time to slow down and work through some of our stressors that we encounter in our daily lives. Too much stress can contribute to adrenal fatigue. Yoga Nidra lowers cholesterol, blood pressure, heart rate, and levels of cortisol. While lying in savasana you will also benefit from Himalayan salt being circulated throughout the room. Halo-therapy not only improves anxiety and stress, but also helps with allergies, asthma and colds. Please note, this class is performed in savasana for the duration of the class. Ongoing classes are held on Wednesdays starting at 6:00 p.m. and Saturdays at 9 a.m.
